Environmental Policy because it was the first class that gave me a sense that I could actually make a change in the Environmental sector (and ultimately caused my decision to change my major).
field study classes:
I took “Italian in Italy” in the summer of 2007, spending seven weeks in Italy while learning the language and the culture. I also took “Drama Away: London” during 8th block of my sophomore year, spending the block in central London seeing 17 performances and exploring the city.
most memorable block break:
Spring Break of my freshman year was the most memorable break I’ve had at CC. Three of my friends and I loaded up a car and set out on a road trip to the west coast and back without any real destinations or plans. In the week and a half, we hit Bryce Canyon, Moab, Arches NP, Sequoia NP and NF, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Route 1, Death Valley, Las Vegas, the Extraterrestrial Highway and everything in between.
